A Note From the Principal

8/16/2026

Dear PCE Families,

What an amazing start to the school year! It has been wonderful welcoming all of our Wildcats back to Peach Creek Elementary—both our returning students and those joining the PCE family for the first time. Seeing our hallways and classrooms filled with smiling faces, excitement, and energy has been the perfect way to begin what we know will be a fantastic year!

This past week, our teachers were intentional about building strong relationships with students while taking time to practice routines and procedures. Establishing these expectations early helps create safe, structured, and welcoming classrooms where every student feels connected, supported, and ready to learn.

Our teachers also worked alongside their students to establish classroom social contracts. These social contracts give students a voice in determining how they want to be treated, how they will treat one another, and what they need from their teachers to be successful. With these relationships, routines, and expectations in place, we are ready to begin a strong week of Tier 1 instruction across our campus.

This week, our Wildcats will also begin setting their MAP growth goals with their teachers. Students will use their learning data, along with guidance from their teachers, to identify goals they will work toward throughout the year. We want our students to understand where they are, where they are going, and the steps they can take to continue growing.

We are so excited to watch each and every one of our students grow throughout this school year. We know that growth looks different for every child, and we are committed to supporting, encouraging, and challenging every Wildcat along the way.

Thank you, families, for trusting us with your children and for partnering with us as we begin this journey together. We are looking forward to an incredible year at PCE!

Every Student, Every Day; Mission: Growth Ready!

With Wildcat Pride,

Car Rider Tags

For the safety of all of our Wildcats, it is extremely important that families who utilize car rider dismissal have their car rider tag displayed each and every day. Car rider tags allow our staff to quickly and safely identify approved vehicles and ensure that each student is released to the correct person. If you need a car rider tag, please complete the form below and make arrangements to have your tag prior to dismissal. If you arrive at car rider dismissal without a car rider tag, you will be asked to park and wait until the conclusion of car rider dismissal. At that time, you will need to come inside the building and present identification to check your student out. This procedure is in place to protect our students and ensure a safe and efficient dismissal for all of our Wildcats.

Attendance Matters

We are so excited to have all of our Wildcats back at PCE for another amazing school year!
Every day matters, and every minute counts! Thank you, families, for partnering with us to make attendance a priority and help our Wildcats get the most out of every school day.

Please help us ensure that students arrive on time and are ready to learn by 8:35 a.m. and remain at school for the full day until dismissal at 4:10 p.m.

Being here each day, from start to finish, gives our Wildcats every opportunity to learn, grow, and succeed. Together, we can make every day count!

Every Student, Every Day; Mission: Growth Ready!

Lunch Visitors August 12th- Wednesday August 26th

During the first two weeks of school, August 12 through Wednesday, August 26th, we kindly ask that we have no lunch visitors. These first two weeks are an important time for our Wildcats to learn and practice our cafeteria expectations, establish routines, build independence, and become confident PCE Wildcats. This time allows our students and staff to become comfortable with lunch procedures and helps set everyone up for a successful school year. Families are always welcome to drop off food or lunch items in the front office, and our staff will make sure they are delivered to your student. We greatly appreciate your patience, understanding, and partnership as we work together to give all of our Wildcats a positive and successful start to the school year. We look forward to welcoming our families for lunch beginning Thursday, August 27th!
